How to not neglect your nails and keep them looking healthy

Do you have a party trick? Let me tell you mine… holding up my hands for everyone around to say “awwww, they’re tiny”. Having baby hands is something I was conscious of growing up. What made me even more conscious was my short nails that would never ever grow.

Fast-forward to 2020, when work meant I had to live and breath nail polish. As a developer, I’d spend days at a table with hundreds of sample bottles. I always preferred to try them on my own nails to get the full effect. Two months in I noticed my nails getting brittle. I had to find a quick inexpensive solution, which I did and now want to share with you all.

This is probably going to be the fastest advice I give yet the most valuable. Here are some of the things I did to keep my nails healthy. I also saw considerable growth in a very short period of time.

If there’s one thing you take from this article that’s easy to implement straight away, doesn’t cost a bomb and will get results it’s moisturising the nails as part of your evening skincare routine. Whatever you can find around the house, almond, caster, CBD oil. It has seriously worked wonders for me.
