Introducing Lucidity

I love working in the digital advertising space. For me, it is just behind fiber optics and semiconductors in terms of importance. Digital ads make the Internet free. In fact, the $225 billion that flows through the internet from advertiser to publisher allows someone in Western Africa the same access to information I have in Venice, California.

Without digital advertising, we would live in a bizarre world where the Internet isn’t free. We would have to pay for access to information, news, social media and more. Publishers would be forced to lock their content behind paywalls to pay their bills and provide a return to their investors.

Yet at the same time, a free Internet comes with a significant cost…
