It Was Because I Had A Goal

And that goal pulled me through the hard work needed.

I stumbled upon a speech that Arnold Schwarzenegger gave.

He mentions how a study done recently showed that 74% of people polled HATE their job…

Nearly three-quarters of people hate what they’re doing.

And then Arnold told a story from when he was training to win the Mr. Universe competition.

He would regularly train in the gym for 5 or 6 hours per day,

Every. Single. Day.

A reporter noticed that most of the other guys training for Mr. Universe who were working out as much often looked miserable…

Grimacing and pushing through each set they did.

But not Arnold…

No, Arnold was often smiling, joking, laughing — enjoying himself.

And don’t say ‘oh, it’s because he was the best.’

No, this was all before he won for the first time.

When asked why he was always smiling, he answered:

“It Was Because I Had A Goal.”

And he went on to share that because he had this vision, this purpose, this thing he was working towards…

It made the work fun… Because there was a reason behind it…

We have a massive, global scale vision and goal for what we’re doing in our Stealth Mode project,

And just last week, we got hit with a hard rejection from someone who could singlehandedly help us achieve that global goal with one stroke of the pen…

Shortly thereafter, my business partner asked me why I didn’t seem upset or disappointed,

And I responded that it’s because I know this goal is coming to fruition no matter what happens,

So on to the next.

It Was Because I Had A Goal,

And giving up is not an option.
